Alex E. Cunny, Esq. has spent nearly a decade litigating the most contentious and complex personal injury cases in the State of California, against some of the largest institutions in the United States. As one of the leading litigators in the field of childhood sexual assault litigation, Alex has effectuated change at a local, state and national level, and has experience in an array of forums for those who have been injured, including State, Federal and Bankruptcy Courts.

In 2023, Alex opened CUNNY APC to utilize these invaluable skills, gained over nearly a decade, in a new way. Aside from work, Alex is married to his wife, Alyson, and has three children who are the center of their world.  Living on the Central Coast, Alex and his family enjoy time in Big Sur, his kids' sports, classic cars and real estate.
